Service Description
We provide airport and city transfer services in Istanbul. Our service is provided with professional drivers and premium vehicles.
Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Payment can be made in the vehicle by cash or credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before transfer time. For cancellations less than 24 hours, 50% of the total fee will be charged.
Liability
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. The customer is responsible for additional costs that may arise due to flight delays.
Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms without prior notice.
