2. Service Description
This agreement covers airport and city transfer services provided by TRONOS TOURISM TRAVEL AGENCY. The service includes providing transportation on the route determined by the customer with professional drivers and premium vehicles.
3. Payment Terms
The transfer service fee is determined during booking and can be paid by the following methods:
- Online payment by credit card
- Bank transfer
- Cash payment (in vehicle or at office)
4. Service Performance
The transfer service starts at the date and time specified in the booking, from the specified location. The driver meets the customer face-to-face at the designated address and safely delivers them to the destination.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
Customers can cancel their reservation under the following conditions:
- Up to 48 hours before transfer date: 100% refund
- Between 24-48 hours before transfer: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before transfer: No refund
6. Obligations of the Parties
Company Obligations
Provide service at the specified date and time, provide clean and well-maintained vehicles, provide professional and friendly driver service, track flights.
Customer Obligations
Provide accurate contact information, be ready at the specified time, keep flight information updated, notify booking changes in advance.
7. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes arising from this agreement. Additionally, customers can apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
8. Acceptance of Agreement
By completing the booking, the customer declares that they have read and accepted all terms of this distance sales agreement.
