Service Delivery

The transfer service starts at the date and time specified in the booking. Our service includes the following features:

  • Booking confirmation sent by email
  • Guarantee of being ready at the specified time
  • Flight tracking and automatic adjustment for delays
  • Driver contact information before transfer

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking under the following conditions:

48+ Hours Before

48 hours or more before transfer date

100% Refund

24-48 Hours

Between 24-48 hours before transfer

50% Refund

Less Than 24 Hours

Less than 24 hours before transfer

No Refund

Refund Process

After the refund request is approved:

  • 1. Submit your cancellation request via email or WhatsApp
  • 2. Cancellation confirmation sent within 24 hours
  • 3. Refunds for credit card payments reflect to your account within 5-7 business days
  • 4. Refunds for bank transfers are made within 3-5 business days

Special Conditions

  • Flight delays: No additional charge as flight tracking is provided
  • Force majeure (weather conditions, natural disasters): 100% refund
  • Customer no-show: No refund
